The third is to set boundaries.  Inform colleagues or family members when you really need to focus to avoid interruptions.  You may also want to block off your calendar.

By creating a distraction-free workspace, you’ll not only complete tasks faster but also enjoy improved mental clarity and reduced stress. A focused mind is a productive mind.
