I know you are someone who has a lot of goals for yourself. However, all those goals we have for ourselves coupled with everyday life can result in a lengthy to-do list. The more we do, the more exhausted we become and the less we complete. It is such a vicious circle.
When our lists grow instead of shrink our confidence can take a major hit. Although we want to accomplish everything right away, we also need to be realistic. When we put realistic expectations on ourselves, we are more likely to hit them and therefore feel better about ourselves.
